Ingredients
· 1 cup white whole wheat flour
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 1/4 cup cocoa powder
· 1 egg
· 1 cup old fashioned oats
· 1 cup ripe mashed ripe banana (about 2 bananas)
· 1 (6-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
· 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
· 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
· 1/3 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400ยบF and line a muffin tin with 12 liners.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
3. Beat the egg in a large bowl. Stir in the oats, banana, yogurt, sugar, and coconut oil and mix well.
